Our commitment to your safety

We fully understand that we now live in a different world and our guests will want to know that we are doing everything we can to keep our establishment safe and hygienic.

We have always considered cleanliness to be the most important part of our success. But during national confinement we worked with our professional supplier of cleaning products to make sure we had the best tools at our disposal, allowing us to clean our premises and greatly reduce the risk of contracting a virus.

We understand that everyone also has their own subjective opinion about the virus. We have to take the risk very seriously. Accommodation establishments remain a high risk environment simply because we welcome customers from all over England and Europe

The slightest relaxation of our protocols on your part or on our part could lead to the closure of our business, the cancellation of vacation plans for our future guests and of course, our health. This is a scenario that we will do everything we can to avoid.

As a result, we have changed many of our daily practices and services to minimise the risk of contracting and spreading coronavirus. All of these rules will be constantly revised and subject to change, in accordance with government advice and “best practice”. These protocols are in place to protect you, us and other guests.

Rooms will be left vacant for a period of at least 24 hours between different guests to limit the potential presence of residue of any virus on the surfaces and to allow time for intensive cleaning of the room.  s For your safety, we have completely revised our cleaning regime.

Until the end of the crisis period we will ask our guests to respect the social distance between us.

If you have any covid symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has the virus or symptoms before visiting our premises please contact us directly so that we can modify your reservation.  You must then follow the government guidelines for self-isolation

We plan to serve breakfast if required for an additional charge.  This will be served in the dining room with social distancing being observed, only one household at a predetermined time to ensure necessary cleaning can be carried out and safety maintained. We will ask you to pre-order breakfast the evening before.

All food is prepared here in our on-site kitchens and only by ourselves. We have no employees or people entering our kitchens from outside our company. All food suppliers will also adhere to our strict hygiene rules to reduce the risk of contamination.

Decorative bed items (bed runners, patterned cushions) will be removed from our beds during the health crisis. Each bed will always offer freshly and hygienically cleaned linen in accordance with industry and government guidelines.

Check-in and check-out will be done with “social distance” in mind. The payment of your stay will be made remotely in advance of your stay.

Hand cleaning with an appropriate solution when arriving at our establishment is compulsory. A cleaning station will be available before entering the building so that you can use it upon entering and exiting.

For stays of more than one consecutive night, during this period of higher risk, and in order to respect your personal space we will not perform room service during your stay. However, new towels and other supplies will be available upon request.

If you require further supplies of toiletries, clean towels or wish to contact us on any other matter please text or WhatsApp us on 0044 7734 976 943.  We are happy to speak to you whilst maintaining a 2m distance preferable outdoors.

If one of our guests shows non-compliance with our policies and government directives, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately, billing for the stay will remain applicable.

If any guest shows symptoms of a virus which could harm other guests or us, they must inform us immediately so a safe course of action can be agreed.

Until further notice please ensure that your reservation meets current government travel restrictions

Despite the necessary rules and restrictions we want to assure you that we will continue to offer you our best service and do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Because government travel rules will be constantly revised, we have introduced much more flexible terms for bookings made directly with us.  This will allow you to modify your reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date if necessary. Reservations made on other booking platforms will be subject to their general conditions. Please note that our “direct” prices are also cheaper

We thank you for understanding and your cooperation.
